Dr. Wachter is retiring, and Ahwatukee Allergy will be closing. Please read Dr. Wachter’s retirement letter to patients here.
We encourage patients to submit any requests for medical records at their earliest convenience. Requests received by March 15, 2026 will be processed with a quicker turnaround. After this date, medical records will be stored offsite, and retrieval of records will take longer. You or your provider can fax your medical records request to (480) 705-8129. You may also send your medical records request to office@ahwatukeeallergy.com.
