Medical Records Request

Dr. Wachter will be retiring, and Ahwatukee Allergy will be closing. We encourage patients to submit any requests for medical records at their earliest convenience. Requests received by March 15, 2026 will be processed with a quicker turnaround. After this date, medical records will be stored offsite, and retrieval of records will take longer.
